I can't scan QR codes with your QR scanning app. What is wrong?
If you successfully logged in into the QR scanning app then you should see class selection list - if you don't have any classes (groups) defined in your DojoExpert account, then you can't scan the cards. Go to your DojoExpert account, select "Members" and then "Groups" on the left. Make sure that you have at least one group with "is class" setting on.
